No. 2 court on Tuesday slapped down the Obama administration in a 2-1
decision that could kill the president's signature health-care law.

American officials - from the president on down - have been stressing the
need for Israel to exercise restraint in its counter- terror operation in
Gaza so as to minimize Palestinian civilian casualties.
The
Obama-engineered "humanitarian" border crisis is the latest
shameful example of just how far the government that is supposed to protect
its own citizens will go, in order to further the total destruction of a
once great nation.
Hamas did
not suddenly become a terrorist organization after it was elected. Hamas
was elected because it was a jihadist organization.
Since
Hamas initiated the current round of warfare against Israel, Israelis have
been split in their assessments of how best to win the war.
They were
armed with handguns and a semi-automatic, Soviet designed, AK-47 rifle,
which is banned under California law, along with its "high
capacity" magazine.
Missiles
are indeed becoming the weapon of choice of both terror groups and rogue
states. A reasonable question, of course, is whether America should care.

Fortunately,
there is a cost effective, politically popular solution to our healthcare
woes.
Of course,
out of 32 teams, there can be only one winner at the end. That's the whole

Prime
Minister Netanyahu has been patient, but when he speaks he has noted that
Jews whatever their political persuasion are united in battling the terror
and are prepared to respond with whatever force is necessary to eliminate
the threat.
