"The
only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do
nothing." – Edmund Burke

As the
year closes, The Clarion Project would like to thank our readers for their
generous support of our work fighting against Islamic extremism and helping us
to enable human rights voices around the globe.
For those
of you who have not yet contributed to this end-of-year fundraiser, we ask that
you join with us and invest in The Clarion Project to help rid the world of
oppression, terrorism and the ideology that drives these blights on humanity.
America
and its coalition partners have just ended their combat role in Afghanistan.
Predictions that the Taliban will rule once again seem almost certain to be
realized. Education of girls, freedom for women will once again be brutally
suppressed, throwing the country back to the dark ages of civilization.
The
Islamic State continues its murderous rampage through Syria and Iraq, killing,
raping and enslaving as they establish the reign of its cruel caliphate upon
terrified, indigenous populations.
We have a
strategy to fight the extremists:
·
Create and distribute pro-active educational briefs to every
member of Congress as well as local and state policy makers and university
professors
·
Execute an online media blitz to drive the public to demand
action from policy makers
·
Initiate grassroots political action
·
Push ahead on the production of our next film on persecution and
endangerment of native populations – Christians, Yazidis and other minorities –
in Islamist-controlled territory
·
Provide training for local law enforcement and other officials
to stop the horrific practice of female genital mutilation on girls and women
We
appreciate your support and any amount you are able to give. We thank you in
advance for your generosity. Your gift is tax deductible as we are a registered
501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Sincerely,
Richard
