The Islamic State appears to be moving into establishing a more firm social structure within its occupied territory in Syria and Iraq. On April 24 they released a video to promote the launch of their “Islamic State Health Service” or “ISHS” for short. Click here to watch the propaganda film for this.
However, despite this, ISIS has continued its murderous tirade across the Middle East and North Africa. On April 19 ISIS’ Al-Furqan media arm released a video showing the execution and beheading of at least 30 Ethiopian Christians in Libya.
