Valid privacy concerns must be addressed. But do we
need to rethink what is truly private?
The delay is the administration's desperate

decision, it appears that Tennessee is showing serious signs of
functioning under de facto shariah.

are not allowed to decide what part of what laws-or any laws-they do not
want to enforce.
