Who is Abu Wahib?

CEP report describes rise of ISIS military emir of Anbar province   

Shaker Wahib al-Fahdawi, a.k.a. Abu Wahib, was ISIS's senior military commander in Anbar province, Iraq and a charismatic figure to young fighters. He was was killed in a U.S. air strike on May 6, 2016, near the western Iraqi town of Rutbah. Three other ISIS militants reportedly died in the strike.
