CTV National News Wrongly Claims Israel Destroyed Gaza Cultural Centre – It’s Actually Hamas’ Headquarters

Honest Reporting Canada filed a complaint with the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council (CBSC) after CTV National News aired a report on August 9 which wrongly claimed that Israel destroyed a Gaza cultural centre, whereas Israel contends the building was Hamas' headquarters used for military and terror purposes.

Israeli Ambassador Responds to Globe Commentator’s “Distortions” of Israeli Security Barrier

Israeli Ambassador to Canada Nimrod Barkan responded to a Tim Marshall commentary published recently in The Globe and Mail about various walls existing throughout the world, calling the op-ed a "distortion" as it altogether failed to mention the reason the Israeli security barrier was erected, which was in the backdrop of relentless Palestinian terror attacks in the form of suicide bombings and sniper shootings.




Canadian Media Wrongly Give Disgraced Terror Apologist Mohammed Elmasry a Platform

Mohammed Elmasry is in no position to opine about human rights, nor should The Globe and Mail and Waterloo Record have given him a platform recently.

In 2004, as president of the Canadian Islamic Congress, Elmasry appeared on "The Michael Coren Show" and said that all Israeli citizens over the age of 18 are legitimate targets for suicide bombers and other attacks by the Palestinian ''resistance."




Former Canada Arab Federation President Accuses Israel of Human Rights Violations in Toronto Sun

Writing in the Toronto Sun recently, Khaled Mouammar accused Israel of human rights violations against Palestinians on the very day that Israel was on the receiving end of over 200 deadly rockets and mortar bombs fired at southern Israel by Palestinian terrorists.

This is the same Khaled Mouammar who as President of the Canada Arab Federation wanted Ottawa to remove Hamas and Hezbollah from a list of banned terror organizations claiming they were "legitimate political parties" and replacing them with the Israel Defense Forces.
