The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing is in custody,
after police found him hiding in a boat covered by a tarp behind a house in

Police here say two men have been detained while officers,
including the state’s bomb squad, continue to investigate a car with
Massachusetts plates on Elmwood Ave. Supt. Bryan DalPorto of the Niagara
Falls, N.Y., police said the two men are not Russian nationals, contrary to
