Association For Palestinian Relief – CAPR (الهيئة الخيرية لإغاثة الشعب الفلسطيني),
a charitable organization run by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a
designated terrorist entity by the United States, the European Union,
the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Israel,
discussed co-operation between the two organizations. [1]
