Alaa Mohs Abusaad
On
October 22, 2018 Alaa Mohs Abusaad was arrested for attempting to
provide material support or resources to a designated Foreign
Terrorist Organization.
Abusaad
instructed an FBI undercover employee (UCE) how to send money
to the mujahideen (soldiers for Allah). Abusaad
introduced the UCE to a financial facilitator who could route the
UCE’s money to “brothers that work with al Qaeda.” Abusaad
confirmed this facilitator was very trustworthy because he helped
her send money several times.
Abusaad told the UCE "(Money) is always
needed. You can’t have a war without weapons.
You can’t
prepare a soldier without equipment.”
Abusaad
also advised the UCE on how to send money in a manner that would
avoid detection by law enforcement, including wearing a niqab, and
using fake names and addresses when conducting electronic money
transfers.
A
few of the other precautions Abusaad relayed to the UCE to keep her
from being apprehended by police includes: send money transfers
from a grocery store and not a western union; practice saying and
writing the fake name three times; only use the name once; send
under $400 USD cash; and make sure you have the spelling of the
receiver correct.
Abusaad
confirmed the money being sent was “going to the groups that are
killing the kufar.” Kufar is a non- Muslim.
The
UCE was provided a name and address to send money to Istanbul,
Turkey.
Abusaad
explained, “Like for instance if he wants it to be Zakat money it
can go to the widows of Mujahideen. Or if he wants it could be for
weapons. Bullets. Clothing….Supporting a Mujahids family is like
taking part in Jihad.”
Sura
(Chapter) 9 in the Koran is the “sura of the sword.” Verse
9:60 states: “Zakah expenditures are only for the poor
and for the needy and for those employed to collect zakah and for
bringing hearts together for Islam and for freeing captives or
slaves and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the
stranded traveler – an obligation imposed by Allah. And Allah
is Knowing and Wise.”
Specifically,
category 7 - “the cause of Allah” is legally defined in sharia as:
“Those Fighting for Allah. The seventh category is those
fighting for Allah, meaning people engaged in Islamic military
operations for whom no salary has been allotted in the army
roster, but who are volunteers for jihad without remuneration. They
are given enough to suffice them for the operation, even if
affluent; of weapons, mounts, clothing, and expenses for the
duration of the journey, round trip, and the time they spend there,
even if prolonged.” [Um dat al Salik, Book H Zakat, H8.17]
Just
a reminder CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) states
on it’s website it gives 100% of their zakat to category
7 (those fighting for allah” / “fisabilillah”) – jihad or what
U.S. law calls ”terrorism.”
In
all of this it must be remembered that CAIR is Hamas, Hamas is a
designated terrorist organization, and this is a war.
To
win this war we must know sharia.
Zakat
is legally mandated giving by muslims and is one of the five
pillars of Islam. A day after UTT wrote an article about the
legal requirements of zakat, a female Jihadi was arrested for
assisting in financing soldiers for Allah.
Also
worth knowing that President Obama publicly stated, “That is why I
am committed to working with American muslims to ensure that they
can fulfill zakat.” (Cairo, Egypt, 6/04/2009)
This
is Islam. This is Sharia. Sharia kills. The war is here.
