 SOMETHING WONDERFUL happened. Time Magazine published an article that takes the military to task for being too politically correct! Wow. In an article by Mark Thompson, entitled, "The Fort Hood Report: Why No Mention of Islam?" he writes:"...the lessons of 9/11, Afghanistan and Iraq, where jihadist extremism has driven deadly violence against Americans, are being not merely overlooked but studiously ignored." I couldn't have put it better myself. In an effort to be politically correct or to avoid offending someone, the military has been deliberately overlooking what any fool can discover with a few hours of reading the Qur'an — that Islam is not a religion of peace. But the era of blind multiculturalism is coming to an end. The stakes are too high now. I'd like to thank Damien and Bosch Fawstin for bringing this encouraging milestone to my attention.  |
