I was a leftist as early as I can remember- raised in a Communist family and surrounded by radicals my entire childhood and into my adulthood. But I changed. And because of my background, I know exactly what Barack Obama is like and how he thinks. I know Obama's real aims for America, and I have a good idea of what we have to do to defeat his plans. Yet the attempted destruction of Rush Limbaugh by creating completely false racist quotes which the media repeat ad nauseam is completely acceptable to the left. Look how they successfully demonized George W. Bush; look what they're doing to Glenn Beck, Fox News and Sarah Palin. Look at Nancy Pelosi's description of ordinary protesters as Nazis. They have long understood Saul Alinsky's rule: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. Fortunately, increasing numbers of the public have come to understand that Obama does not have American interests at heart, and that he conducts his presidency by different rules than all previous presidents of any political party.
