modern resistance fighter. Order them in your local book store, on
Amazon or at policalislam.com. Click here

Dear 10News
readers
People will not be able to build up and focus their strength, if they
do not know what they are fighting. This is why it is so important
that we educate ourselves in the ideology of Islam. Only in this way
will we be able to arm others with the necessary knowledge of what we
are up against, and how much dedication is needed to stop the attack.
If we - out of politeness or fear - do not confront liers, the
political correct or plain stupid people spreading misunderstandings
of Islam and the consequences of Muslim immigration, we are not
protecting our children and our country. We have to know. And we have
to do. That is why books like Bill
Warners short books are so important to get our our
hands on and really read.
The chance that somebody else will come and tell us what is going on
and give suggestions how to react, is very small. If we get this
newsletter, we are most likely the only person for a lot of people,
who will tell them about Islam and what they can do about it (always
within the law). If we do fulfill this responsibility, we have let
our fellow and future citizens down.
Warners books are excellent - ask for them in the local book store.
Until then, you might want to read:

Fight Islam

how to counter Islam
By the way: If you like, please donate to Bill Warner's project CSPI

about Islam here.
Welcome to the resistance!

How
long would the jihadis at Charlie Hebdo, Westgate, Mumbai – and many other terror
attacks to come – be able to continue killing if they were
surrounded by armed citizens? Interpol states that the only way to
stop such attacks is to allow citizens to carry arms (the only
alternative to an armed citizenry is “extraordinary security”
surrounding every area where many people meet – train stations, super
markets, schools, etc. – which is of course completely unrealistic).
If guns are illegal, only violent criminals, fanatic jihadis and our
over-worked, understaffed police will have them.
In
case you are unsure whether it is a good idea that citizens
legally own firearms: Switzerland has very liberal gun lawsand one of the
lowest percentages of homicide in the world. Interesting statistics
on guns, homicides and firearm related accidents in the US here.
Interpol
Secretary General Ronald Noble said today the U.S. and the rest of
the democratic world is at a security crossroads in the wake of last
month’s deadly
al-Shabab attack at a shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya
– and suggested an answer could be in arming civilians.
In
an exclusive interview with ABC News, Noble said there are really
only two choices for protecting open societies from attacks like the
one on Westgate mall where so-called “soft targets” are hit: either
create secure perimeters around the locations or allow civilians to
carry their own guns to protect themselves.
“Societies
have to think about how they’re going to approach the problem,” Noble
said. “One is to say we want an armed citizenry; you can see the
reason for that. Another is to say the enclaves are so secure that in
order to get into the soft target you’re going to have to pass
through extraordinary security.” …
Citing
a recent call for al Qaeda “brothers to strike soft targets, to do it
in small groups,” Noble said law enforcement is now facing a daunting
task.
“How
do you protect soft targets? That’s really the challenge. You can’t
have armed police forces everywhere,” he told reporters. “It’s
Interpol’s view that one way you protect soft targets is you make it
more difficult for terrorist to move internationally. So what we’re
trying to do is to establish a way for countries … to screen
passports, which are a terrorist’s best friend, try to limit
terrorists moving from country to country. And also, that we’re able
to share more info about suspected terrorists.”
In
the interview with ABC News, Noble was more blunt and directed his
comments to his home country.
“Ask
yourself: If that (Westgate terror attack) was Denver, Col., if that
was Texas, would those guys have been able to spend hours, days,
shooting people randomly?” Noble said, referring to states with
pro-gun traditions. “What I’m saying is it makes police around the
world question their views on gun control. It makes citizens question
their views on gun control. You have to ask yourself, ‘Is an armed
citizenry more necessary now than it was in the past with an evolving
threat of terrorism?’ This is something that has to be discussed.'”

“The
parents of a small one-year girl has reported a man for sexual
harassment of their daughter. The girl and her parents were,
according to South and Southern Police, inside the 2nd hand shop at
Jomfrustien 24, when a strange man took the girl up and, according to
the notification started, kissing and almost licking the child in the
face. …
The
man is described as around 40 years and Middle Eastern-looking, and
apparently he did not speak Danish. …
‘-
The parents felt hurt. It could have been meant differently (than
sexual harassment), but we would certainly like to talk to the man,’
said police chief Erik Lindholdt from South and Southern Police.”

Growing
tensions between the ‘extreme Right and the Muslim world’ have pushed
France to the ‘verge of a civil war’, the country’s most senior
security chief has warned.
Patrick
Calvar, head of the General Directorate for Internal Security (DGSI)
– France’s equivalent of MI5 – made his claim in the wake of last
year’s terrorist attacks on Paris.
A
total of 147 people were murdered by terrorists in the capital during
atrocities in January and November. …
‘I
think we will win against terrorism,’ Mr Calvar said, but predicted
the ‘confrontation between the extreme Right and the Muslim world’,
adding: ‘We’re on the verge of a civil war. I think this
confrontation is going to happen. One or two more attacks and it will
take place. It is up to us to anticipate and stop all those groups
who would trigger clashes.’”

“Jonathan
Miller, an elected city councilor in southern France, said “the mood
is turning nasty” after the country was hit by its third terror
attack in 18 months. Mr Miller said: “Normally, it takes quite a bit
to excite my neighbors under the languid southern sun, but as one
horror has followed another, I am no longer taking for granted that
they will put up with this much longer.
“An
isolated immigrant population and a strident right-wing political
faction in a country awash with guns has created a toxic and
explosive mixture. “France, a nation long considered a beacon of
liberty and stability, may be on the edge of something resembling a
civil war.”
He said members at a local hunting club, who are legally entitled to
carry firearms, are preparing for a bloody conflict – with membership
quadrupling in recent months.
Mr
Miller revealed: “I wish I could say this was just hysterical
exaggeration. But the evidence does not support complacency. “The new
members are not all motivated by the love of shooting sports. Benoit,
a local olive farmer who owns more than a dozen rifles, pistols and
shotguns, as well as an AK-47 assault rifle, admitted to me this
weekend something much darker. “‘They’re getting ready for a
war,’ he said.””

A
German couple were taken to court and sentenced after they created a
Facebook group that criticised migrants and the government’s mass
migration policy. …
According
to the court, the page, which has been taken down, in its first post
stated: “The war and economic refugees are flooding our country. They
bring terror, fear, sorrow. They rape our women and put our children
at risk,” which along with a German flag as the groups profile
photo, was enough to bring the couple to court for hate speech. …
The
judge in the case was unforgiving in his verdict on the site saying
that “the description of the group is a series of
generalisations with a clear right-wing background”. After sentencing
Peter M. to a nine month suspended prison sentence and his wife to a
fine of €1,200 the judge said: “I hope you understand
the seriousness of the situation. If you sit in front of me
again, you will end up in jail.”
The
German Justice Minister Heiko Maas claims that social media sites
don’t do enough to combat hate speech online and has threatened sites
with further European Union (EU) regulation. …
The
task force that the Justice Minister refers to was set up last
year in order to combat “hate speech”, which can range from the
promotion of Nazi ideology all the way to mere criticism of the
German government’s migrant policy.
Mr.
Maas and the task force have been largely criticised after it
was revealedthat one of the
organisations set up to help with the task force was headed by
Anette Kahane, a former informant of the notorious east German domestic
spy agency, the Stasi.
Police
in Germany have started carrying out raids in peoples homes in an
attempt to prosecute people for inciting “hate speech” on Facebook.
A press release from Germany’s federal police agency confirmed that
around 60 homes were searched this week as a result of people posting
messages deemed as extreme by the German authorities.
“The
action carried out today shows that the authorities are acting firmly
against hate on the internet, which has grown considerably in the
wake of the refugee situation,” said Holger Münch, head of the BKA,
said in the statement.
“Attacks
on refugees are often the result of radicalization, which begins on
social networks. These words should not poison the social climate,”
he continued.

New
British Prime Minister Theresa May Recites verse from Quran to prove
Islam is religion of Peace - video here.
“There
are thought to be around 100 Sharia Law courts operating throughout
the UK, dispensing Islamic justice outside the remit of our own legal
system.
Judgements
handed down by the informal courts have no legal basis, but there are
fears their presence means many Muslim women are not getting access
to the justice they deserve.
But
in a controversial intervention Mrs May yesterday claimed many
British Muslims “benefit a great deal” from their existence.”
“Commenting
on the French prime minister Manuel Valls’ statement: “If 100,000
Jews leave, France will no longer be French, the French Republic will
be judged a failure,” Mrs May said: “It is a sentiment I well
understand, one that holds true for Britain.
“Without
its Jews, Britain would not be Britain, just as without its Muslims,
Britain would not be Britain – without its
Sikhs, Hindus, Christians and people of other faiths, Britain would
not be Britain,” she added.”

A
“hate speech” policy developed to counter the Islamic State’s
murderous propaganda is now being used to silence critics of radical
Islamic terror.
On
Thursday of last week, this site published a video on its YouTube
channel. As of yesterday, YouTube has pulled that video declaring it
a violation of its “hate speech” policy. The irony is that the video
was appreciated by Muslim reformers such as CounterJihad’s own
Shireen Qudosi, who pointed out that to reformers like her it was
actually helpful speech.
We
spoke with Jim Hanson, Executive Vice President of the Center for
Security Policy and the official in charge of the video’s production.
“I am stunned,” he said, “that the policy that YouTube developed for
the express purpose of fighting Islamic State propaganda is now being
used to silence critics of radical jihad.” He pointed out that this
means that supporters of groups like the Islamic State (ISIS) have
managed to turn YouTube’s own policies against it. “Instead of
counteracting radical propaganda online,” Hanson said, “these
policies are now being used to silence the very speech that YouTube
said it wanted — speech that challenges ISIS.””

Watch the
video interview here.
“Attacks
of November 13: the confessions of the first police officer to be
entered in the Bataclan. Before the parliamentary committee, the
police commissioner admitted he did not think he would “live through
this hell.” Arriving before anyone else, he killed the jihadist Samy
Amimour.
“For
us, everyone was dead.” Before the parliamentary commission investigating
the 2015 attacks, the Police Commissioner who was the very first
responder of the Paris Bataclan concert November 13, tells how he
shot down one of the jihadists. A chilling story, delivered in camera
and anonymously, the transcript of which was released on Tuesday.
The
man especially shares the feeling of terror during the first moments
of the operation, even outside the room, seeing “the dead people on
the ground in front of us.” “I remember seeing two: a man in front of
the Bataclan Café and a woman outside the entrance. We (also with his
police driver, Ed) were recorded because someone was filming with a
mobile phone. We told him to leave. We heard gunfire.” The police
commissioner then looked at his partner, saying: “Let’s go.” The two
men understood each other in a glance, according to him. “It was
enough to understand that we were on the same wavelength, and we were
unified, a team.”
A
face-to-face with Samy Amimour
Around
9:54 p.m., the two team members enter the Bataclan, without waiting
for reinforcements, and without knowing what awaits them inside.” As
soon as we started to move forward, Bataclan’s wooden swinging doors
opened towards us, and between fifteen and thirty people fled running
and screaming in our direction,” he said before the parliamentary
committee. “From the moment we started to progress down the hall, the
shooting stopped, and when we entered, there was no more shooting, it
was silence.” “There, the scene was indescribable — you can imagine.
Hundreds of bodies — for us, everyone was dead — were entangled with
each other: at the bar, in the pit, sometimes piled on more than one
meter [three feet] high,” he says. The man then describes an “icy
silence” in this still concert hall that was so festive only a few
minutes earlier. The Commissioner then describes the terrible
face-to-face that eventually led him to kill one of the jihadists who
was about 25 meters [80 feet] away. “One of the terrorists, whom
we later identified as Samy Amimour […] appeared on the scene. He was
in front of us and was holding his assault rifle and threatening a
young man a few meters from him. I shot four times and my teammate
did twice. The man uttered a groan, collapsed and fell to the
ground.”
“There
were only the two of us, we had no long guns, we did not know where
the terrorists were” — Police Commissioner present at the Bataclan
Seconds
later, the officer described an explosion “very high”. This was
actually Samy Amimour’s explosive belt that went off. Then an
exchange of fire took place in the room, before a new pause. The two
men ducked. “We were certain we would not get out of that hell
alive,” he said. “There were only the two of us, we didn’t have
rifles, we didn’t know where the terrorists were. So I decided to go
out to see if reinforcements had arrived.”
“The
living pretending to be dead”
Once
the two policemen left the room, the gunfire resumed “piecemeal”
inside. “So we understand that they are executing people. It was not
humanly possible […] for us to stay outside. So we’re all back inside
(there are now a dozen policemen, Ed). There was still shooting in
our direction, but it was really hard to tell where from. I fired
back twice.” When they arrive, people still don’t move. “We could
tell that even the living were pretending to be dead,” insists the
policeman.
The
man explains that after a moment, when the shooting stopped, he
decided “to go find the victims who were in the pit a few meters from
us.” There, they began to move and to show themselves. “We started to
implement an evacuation, one by one, not without difficulties: the
floor was very slippery, because there was blood and casings
everywhere. We had to step over or move the deceased. There were also
people that we knew very well were seriously injured, but we had to
retrieve them anyway, unable to use normal aid techniques to
transport the victims,” says the police Commissioner.”

Warning:
The below descriptions are very unpleasant.
“French
lawmakers told Bataclan terrorists tortured, disemboweled victims
A
French government committee has heard testimony, suppressed by the
French government at the time and not published online until this
week, that the killers in the Bataclan tortured their victims on the
second floor of the club.
The
chief police witness in Parliament said that an investigating
officer, tears streaming down his face, rushed out of the Bataclan
and vomited in front of him just after seeing the disfigured bodies.
According
to this testimony, Wahhabist killers apparently gouged out eyes,
castrated victims, and shoved their testicles in their mouths. They
may also have disemboweled some poor souls. Women were stabbed in the
genitals – and the torture was, victims told police, filmed for Daesh
or Islamic State propaganda. For that reason, medics did not release
the bodies of torture victims to the families, investigators said.”
“Mr. B. N.,
peace keeper. […]
We then left for the Bataclan.
Mr. O. B. When
we were at the corner of the passage Saint-Pierre Amelot, while
people in the Bataclan suffered horrific things, we have been very
lucky.
We went back
there, and the owner of the tile shop behind which we were sheltered
explained that his shop was an old bank whose windows were shielded.
This protected us – I had a ballistic shield without additional
plates. At the corner, we heard people moaning, but we could not go
help them because we did not have the proper equipment.
Justice Georges Fenech. For the information of the Commission of
Inquiry, Mr P. T., can you tell us how you learned that there had
been acts of barbarism within the Bataclan: beheadings, evisceration,
enucleation …? (castration)
Mr. T. P. After
the police stormed the building, we were with colleagues at the
passage Saint-Pierre Amelot when I saw a crying investigator who went
out to throw up. He told us what he had seen. I did not know this
colleague, but he was so shocked that sharing came naturally.
Alain
Marsaud. Acts of torture happened on the second
floor?
Mr. T. P. I
think so, because I entered at the ground floor where there was no
such thing, only people hit by bullets.
Alain
Marsaud. To your knowledge, they were
undoubtedly three? Is there not a chance for a fourth one to have
escaped?
Mr. T. P. It
is certain that they were at least three, but they were maybe four.
The radio was broadcasting calls to the police emergency number, 17:
we heard of three or four people.
Alain
Marsaud. Is it impossible a fourth person was
able to escape by being among the wounded that were evacuated?
Mr. T. P.
It’s not impossible. That’s why my colleagues have carried out
summary pat downs of all victims, even injured, coming out through
the main entrance.
Mr. S. L. We
were doing a systematic summary pat downs, at least at the plexus,
the base of the torso and legs.
Alain
Marsaud. A fourth terrorist could have hurt
himself or fled among the wounded?
Mr. T. P. Among
the injured, I don’t think so.
Alain
Marsaud. We only found three weapons of war.
Mr. S. L. This
is part of the investigation. For our part, we don’t know anything
about it.
Justice Georges Fenech. Gentlemen, thank you very much for delivering
this very important testimony. The inquiry commission commands your
courage and intervention.
Hearing in camera, of the night BAC officials [Brigade
Anti-criminalité= Anti Crime Brigade] from the Val-de-Marne that
intervened November 13, 2015: MTP, corporal, MLS, sergeant, MOB,
brigadier, MNB, peacekeeper, MAD, peacekeeper, and MPT, peace keeper
Hearing in camera, on the Monday, March 21, 2016
Mr. T. P. Commissioner
N entered with his driver. Then we could hear him shooting and there
was an explosion. Once the targeted individual is neutralized, the
first rounds are being directed at us at the side Saint Pierre
Amelot. During the ten minutes that the terrorist is shooting at us,
we no longer hear any other shots inside.
Justice Georges Fenech. Because the other is dead.
Mr. T. P. One
of them was neutralized. The other is upstairs trying to … I tend to
think that as long as I’m being shot at, it does not kill anyone
else.
Pierre
Lellouche. What do you mean by “trying to …”?
Justice
Georges Fenech. I think some things have never
been said. I think maybe we could, at this stage, clear things up.
Mr. T. P.
Bodies have not been presented to families because there have been
people who were beheaded there, people with their throats cut, people
who have been eviscerated. There are women who have been stabbed in
the genitals.
Justice
Georges Fenech. All this was apparently
videotaped for ISIS!
Mr. T. P. I
think so. That’s what the victims have said.
The
Rapporteur. These acts were committed by the two
survivors. Do you know if you have hurt the one you were shooting at
in St. Pierre Amelot pass?
Mr. T. P. I
think so, but I’m not sure. As they blew themselves up, it’s hard to
tell if he was wounded in the torso. I think I had hit him, because
the shooting stopped, and the door closed. The fact that the
Kalashnikov collapses and the doors close seems significant to me.
Later, we talked to the civilian who made us signs in the passage
Saint-Pierre Amelot: he told us we had hit the shooter and that’s why
he had stopped firing.
After this time, the shots we heard inside were only very sporadic. There
has been no more rounds fired. In all likelihood, a terrorist or more
people were finishing their victims off. Then, I have to confess that
I have only made fifteen meters [50 feet] inside the Bataclan behind
the BIS. My presence was not necessary, so I left. I had seen enough.
Pierre
Lellouche. Where were the people being tortured?
Mr. T. P. Upstairs.
Pierre
Lellouche. This happens after the person you
hurt went upstairs?
Mr. T. P. I
even think that it happened before, but this is only my personal
opinion. While we were fighting with a terrorist at the emergency
door, another one was doing all these despicable things upstairs.
Pierre
Lellouche. The video was sent?
Mr.
President Georges Fenech. I understand that
videos were sent.
Pierre
Lellouche. We can find it out if the victims’
cell phones were recovered. Do we have them?
Mr. T. P. They
blew themselves up. There were people decapitated, people with their
throats slit, people who were gutted. There were pretend sexual acts
on women and stabbing at the genitals. If I’m not mistaken, the eyes
of some people have been gouged.
Hearing in camera, of Mr. Michel Cadot, prefect of police in Paris,
Christian Sainte, director of the judicial police in Paris, Jacques
Méric, director of security near the Paris area, and General Philippe
Boutinaud, commander of the brigade of firemen of Paris (BSPP)
Minutes of the hearing in camera of Wednesday, March 23, 2016
The
Rapporteur. Have Bataclan terrorists committed
beheadings and mutilations? Was the victims’ cause of death other
than by shooting or explosion? We are dealing with contradictory
information – some of which were provided to us during our hearings –
that must be clarified.
Justice
Georges Fenech. Indeed, the Committee is
troubled by this information which haven’t leaked anywhere. Thus, the
father of one of the victims sent me a copy of a letter he sent to
the investigating judge, which I quote in summary:
“On the causes of the death of my son A.,I was told, in the forensic
institute in Paris, and with reserves given the shock I was in at
that moment, that his testicles were cut off and put in his mouth,
and that he was disembowelled. When I saw him behind glass, lying on
a table, a white shroud covering him up to the neck, a psychologist
was with me. The latter said: ‘The only presentable part of your son
is his left profile.’ I noticed that he had no right eye. I mentioned
it; I was informed that they had gouged his eye and crushed the right
side of his face, where there was a very large hematoma that we could
all see during the casketing.”
This particular testimony could corroborate the statements made by
one of the BAC officials that one of the investigators vomited
immediately on leaving the Bataclan after finding one decapitation
and several eviscerations. Are you aware of such facts?
Michel
Cadot. I had no knowledge of these facts, nor by
the Forensic Institute or by the officials in question. It is
obviously up to the court to assess the veracity of the
investigation. Nevertheless, I realized that at the site of the
attack we found no knife or other sharp device that would allow this
type of mutilations. It will be easy to verify as part of the
investigation. In my case, once again, I have not received any
message from the Forensic Institute or the direction of guardianship
of the relevant BAC that would suggest it was true [NT that there
were mutilations].
Christian
Sainte. I cannot jump to the conclusions at this
point, given the state of the investigation, but nothing in the
present state of my knowledge allows me to think that what has just
been read is true. I specify, for the sake of clarity, some of the
bodies found at the Bataclan were extremely mutilated by the
explosions and weapons, to the point that it was sometimes difficult
to reconstruct the dismembered bodies. In other words, injuries
described by this father may also have been caused by automatic
weapons by explosions or projections of nails and bolts.
Justice
Georges Fenech. His testicles were apparently
put in his mouth …
Christian
Sainte. I do not have that information and if
these facts had been established, I think I wouldn’t have missed such
information.
Hearing in camera, Mr. François Molins, prosecutor grande instance
(TGI) in Paris, Véronique Degermann, Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic
to the same TGI, and Ms. Camille Hennetier, Deputy Attorney of the
Republic to TGI
Minutes of the hearing in camera of Wednesday, March 30, 2016
The judge. Following the November attacks, barbaric acts were
reported to the commission.
François Molins. It’s a rumor. Forensic doctors were clear: there was
no act of barbarism, no use of knives. According to a witness, the
testicles of a person would have been cut, but no findings have
corroborated it.
Mr. Sébastien Pietrasanta, rapporteur. I command your work, Mr.
Prosecutor. Your voice is heard and respected by all.
REPORT FILED ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF INQUIRY created as one the
means used by the State to fight against terrorism since January 7,
2015 / PART 2: REPORTING OF HEARINGS
30/11/15
Rare testimonies posted online mentioned that heads were cut during
the hostage-taking in the concert hall. Two weeks after the attacks,
the internet users get angry and demand a government response.
(…)
Despite calls from the internet users who ask for a communicate about
this rumor, the government remained silent.
16/11/15
“My son, who is a policeman, saw a spectacle of blood and severed
heads …”
(…) One can then imagine the anxiety of relatives of the policeman.
They will learn later that Marc is close to the room of the Bataclan,
where the hostages are being kept. He has to monitor a bar. “I
watched television until three in the morning,” continues Jeanine.
“And then I just got a message from my son.” Mark only returns to his
apartment the next morning. He then calls his mother. “It was
reassuring to know that he was in his bed. He was tired. He said he
was wearing two bulletproof vests and a helmet, and that it was very
heavy. And then he told me that it was not pretty sight. His
experience was horrible. He saw blood, severed heads … “An ordeal
that started for him again last night, since he was back in service.
(…) Le Progrès
Testimony of a British survivor: “ISIS men with knives used
them to torture their already wounded victims by slitting their
stomachs open, when they lay on the ground.”
