Tunnel From Tijuana to San Diego Discovered, 12 Arrested Posted: 02 Dec 2009 08:01 PM PST Mexican authorities have discovered yet another large underground cross-border tunnel stretching from Tijuana Mexico to San Diego California. 12 men have been arrested inside the passageway.
