Spring is officially underway, however, in many places we still feel the cold of the winter that will not seem to end. Spring often symbolizes hope and rebirth. But how hopeful can we feel when we stay tuned to current events?
As we start to better understand how Americans are recruited to take up the fight of Jihad, we become increasingly uncertain. How do we know who our enemies are? What makes terrorism so appealing to these individuals? These are just some of the questions that we will continue to grapple with as long as homegrown terrorism remains on their agenda.
Then there is the threat of a nuclear Iran, which we know is not going away. We read about sanctions and hear endless rhetoric, but the issue is complex and volatile. This is why the Clarion Fund has decided to create a new film that will highlight the threat of nuclear Iran in order to educate policy makers and citizens alike on the situation.
In the coming weeks many of you will celebrate Easter and Passover, holidays that have come to represent freedom and rebirth. While enjoying the holiday time with your family and friends, take a moment to educate yourselves and your loved ones about those who seek to oppress our freedoms and consider how you can make a difference this springtime.
Islam’s New Recruiting Methods

Al-Qaida and other Islamic groups are actively targeting blacks, Hispanics and single mothers in the U.S. as a part of building Al-Qaida’s American arm in its war against America. In the last week there have been three arrests of Americans recruited by Al-Qaida: one Black, one Hispanic and one White. This has been a major fear of the intelligence community since September 11th. The fear is now a reality.
The recruitment is happening in our prison system with a special focus on the Blacks and Hispanics. Imams are playing the race card in their first appeal to the felons about Islam. They are telling them that Christianity is the religion that enslaved them – that Islam is an African religion and the religion that will give them their power back and their rightful place in society.
They are targeting single women via the Internet and also via bars. They know that single women are strapped for cash. Muslim men who are doing the recruiting (tall dark and handsome in the eyes of these American women) are offering financial security and stability, a home and a man who will love her, provide for her and protect her. Remove the Iranian Nuclear Cancer NOW before it Metastasizes

The US and European approach is failing; using economic sanctions and engaging Iran via diplomacy did not halt the nuclear ambitions of Tehran. The passage of time is a factor that works only for the benefit of the Iranian regime and increases its ability to develop a nuclear bomb. Unless we improve our strategy, we will awake one day soon to the headline, "Iran has the nuclear bomb". The Iranian Islamic regime is getting closer to developing a nuclear capability that may allow it to develop a nuclear bomb. Such a development will not only threaten the Middle East but will also have grave consequences for the security and the stability of the entire world.
