The Border Patrol is investigating the discovery of two smuggling boats found along the San Diego coast Sunday. Agents spotted a boat ashore at Dog Beach in Del Mar, and federal agents confiscated 1,500 to 2,000 pounds of marijuana found in suspicious vehicles.
