FREEDOM OF SPEECH
Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Brandeis University and
CAIR
This reprehensible silencing of one of our most
courageous victims of Islamism should be of concern and doubly so because it is
only one of many such acts of repression of free speech.....done under pressure
from Muslims who benefit from our constitution and free speech laws but want to
deprive everyone else of such freedoms.
The mass media are no better, especially the
paleoliberals and the (choke..so called) left. More and more intrusions on and
prohibitions against the free criticism of the religion of Islam must be seen
in the context of the innate hatefulness of Islam, whose doctrines condemn
apostates and gays to death, with the same fate for Jews and Christians who
refuse to convert. Islam is not a religion but a totalitarian ideology that
seeks to bring everyone on earth under its repressive laws and which overtly
preaches against democracy, freedom of religion and anything that empowers
women.
Islamophobia is directly caused by Islam!!!!
Muslims are pushing hard and if they gain an inch they move ahead to get a
foot, and then a yard, and then our whole political system.
DEMOCRACY AND
SECULARISM ARE UNDER ATTACK BY MUSLIMS.
If we do not fear for our freedom, the Muslims
will continue their religious crusade to squash the very values and principles
handed down to us by our constitution under the guidance of Enlightenment
leaders who recognized the importance of civil society freedoms in all realms.
Islam has intimidated our religious leaders and
many of our intellectual and academic leaders to the point where they are now
complicit in this relentless battle to beat down the rest of the world and
establish a new Muslim caliphate. Europeans are now beset by daily violence in
the form of rape, honor killings and murder. Those peaceful Muslims who do not
protest and rebel against their vicious vile leaders and doctrines are as much
to blame as those who commit these crimes.
ISLAM IS COMMITTING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
WITH IMPUNITY. Our lives and our freedom are now at risk of being crushed.
Everyone must speak out, at every opportunity, to push against Islam. Someone
once said "the defense of liberty is no vice", in a context that was
not liberal. But right now it is appropriate and necessary to say this loud and
clear. We are defending nothing less than Liberty.

CAIR
condemns Brandeis University for awarding a brave woman’s fight against
Islamist honour violence
CAIR has
vigorously opposed laws in America that would forbid courts from considering
Islamic Sharia law. CAIR leaders have repeatedly defended well
documented terrorist supporters. Now CAIR is opposing brave women who
speak out for other women that are abused and killed during Islamic honor
rituals. How can CAIR honestly be concerned about the victims of honor abuse
perpetuated by Islamism when they are vigilantly trying to muzzle those who
dare speak out against it? Ironically, CAIR’s email (below) instructs
their members to “Send polite comments” to the Brandeis University
faculty while in the same breath CAIR intends to degrade Ayaan Hirsi Ali by
calling her an Islamophobe.
CAIR includes a quote from HIRSI
ALI here:
“I think that we are at war with
Islam. And there’s no middle ground in wars. Islam can be defeated
in many ways. For starters, you stop the spread of the ideology itself; at
present, there are native Westerners converting to Islam, and they’re the most
fanatical sometimes. There is infiltration of Islam in the schools and
universities of the West. You stop that. . .You look them in the eye and flex
your muscles and you say, “This is a warning. We won’t accept this anymore.
There comes a moment when you crush your enemy.”
INTERVIEWER asks: “Militarily?”
HIRSI ALI: “In all forms, and if
you don’t do that, then you have to live with the consequence of
being crushed.”
“Americans, on this subject we need to stop the
Republican vs. Democrat, Conservative vs. Liberal, Christian vs. Muslim
division and unite on one simple point…. CAIR is a front group for HAMAS. It
was named as an un-indicted co-conspirator in a terrorism case that lead to
108 convictions of funneling $12 million to HAMAS. Because of the evidence
produced in that case, the FBI severed all ties with them. This same CAIR, by
their own admission, is trying to place people inside the offices of members
of Congress who deal with national security issues (judiciary, homeland security
and intelligence committees)”.

Brandeis Caves to Islamic Supremacist Thuggery by Robert Spencer
Ayaan Hirsi
Ali, Brandeis assured the world, “is a compelling public figure and advocate
for women’s rights, and we respect and appreciate her work to protect and
defend the rights of women and girls throughout the world.” However, as
compelling as Brandeis may have considered that work, ultimately it didn’t
matter: “That said, we cannot overlook certain of her past statements that
are inconsistent with Brandeis University’s core values. For all
concerned, we regret that we were not aware of these statements earlier.” The
Brandeis statement did not mention CAIR, and probably university
administrators are unaware of its Hamas ties or its record of
opposing any and all counter-terror efforts.
Brandeis
Flap Marks Another Win for Islamist Intimidation by Steve Emerson
The decision by Brandeis University to withdraw its
plans to bestow an honorary degree on Ayaan Hirsi Ali came after one day of
protests from groups like the Council
on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim
Students Association. CAIR's spokesman smeared Hirsi Ali as "one of the worst of the worst of the Islam haters in
America, not only in America but worldwide." Both groups have
documented roots in the Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks global Islamic
dominance, a reality neither is willing to acknowledge.
Brandeis's newfound sensitivity toward the feelings of
some was more difficult to find when it bestowed honorary degrees on playwright
Tony Kushner, who called Israel's creation "a mistake," or on
Archbishop Desmond Tutu, who "has compared Israel to Hitler, attacked the
'Jewish lobby' as too 'powerful' and 'scary' ... and he complained of the
'Jewish monopoly of the Holocaust.'"
Brandeis Backs Arsonists, Dumps Firefighter by
Douglas Murray
Between supporters of
terrorism such as CAIR and Hirsi Ali, there should not even be a debate over
whom free societies should choose. CAIR's "Communications Director,"
Ibrahim Hooper, led the public campaign to get Brandeis to disinvite Hirsi Ali
and said, "It is unconscionable that such a prestigious university would
honour someone with such openly hateful views."
So let's remind ourselves of who these moral
arbiters are. CAIR is an organization which was an unindicted co-conspirator in the
most serious terror-funding trial in recent American history, the Holy Land
Foundation trial. It has been affirmed by this and other legal moves at the
highest levels that CAIR is the product of an American support network of the
designated terror group Hamas.
Enforcing Islamic Law at Brandeis by Diana West
When
Brandeis University withdrew an honorary degree for Ayaan Hirsi Ali after a
student-professor firestorm branded her an "Islamophobe," the campus
in effect declared itself an outpost of Islamic law, American-style.
Officially, Brandeis is now a place where critics of Islam --
"blasphemers" and "apostates," according to Islamic law --
are scorned and rejected.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali: “Here’s What I Would Have Said at
Brandeis”
The
protesters accused Ms. Hirsi Ali, an advocate for the rights of women and
girls, of being “Islamophobic.” Here is an abridged version of the
remarks she planned to deliver.
The
motto of Brandeis University is “Truth even unto its innermost parts.” That is
my motto too. For it is only through truth, unsparing truth, that your
generation can hope to do better than mine in the struggle for peace, freedom
and equality of the sexes

University Students Lead Effort To Restore Ali's Honorary Degree
Brandeis University students Josh
Nass (Voices of Conservative Youth) and Daniel Mael (Truthrevolt.org) join FNC's Megyn Kelly on 'The Kelly File' as they
announce that they're leading the effort to restore Ayann Hirsi Ali's honorary
degree that has been denied for her views on Muslims treatment towards women.
Victims
of honor crimes are silenced. Victims of honor crimes are shamed. Victims of
honor crimes are made pariahs. And, often, victims of honor crimes are
extinguished. This week, Honor Diaries, a documentary focusing on the
global manifestations of honor violence, was itself silenced, when two American
universities — the University of Michigan at Dearborn and the University of
Illinois in Chicago — canceled planned screenings. With this act of censorship,
the movie has become a metaphor for its message. Just like the women and girls
it portrays, the movie has been silenced and its progenitors shamed.

More
of the silver lining to the craven capitulation to Hamas-CAIR by the cowardly
quislings at Brandeis University…. Not only is Ayaan Hirsi Ali and her message
being exposed to millions of Americans who have been shielded from her truths,
but Hamas-CAIR is finally being exposed on who and what they are.
PART

PART 11
An Open Letter to Brandeis President Frederick Lawrence
“The decision of Brandeis
University not to award an honorary degree to Ayaan Hirsi Ali, after first
announcing that it would do so, is disgraceful. The cowardice it reflects
contrasts sharply with the courage Ms. Ali has shown in condemning aspects of
Islam that she rightly considers cruel, bigoted, and misogynistic, and for
which she has suffered grievously.”
Another Excellent Letter
Dear Mr. Lawrence;
Brandeis should have honored Ayaan Hirsi Ali for her courageous defense, at
great personal risk, of women's rights and human rights. Since when is
criticism of religion banned? Would you censor someone who attacked the
Catholic Church for its pederast priests, opposition to birth control and
abortion? No, of course not. You have been manipulated by Muslims who fear any
exposure of their vile repressive misogynistic laws. That is why they invented
the notion of Islamophobia.
Of course, anyone who knows anything about
shariah law and sees how they treat women would quite rightly be fearful of
this religion of hate. But for Brandeis, presumably an institution dedicated to
the principles that were violated in the past and led to the persecution of
Jews, to practice the same kind of totalitarianism as those who tried to
annihilate the Jews, is a disgrace. You should resign your post.
Hirsi Ali will be remembered as a hero who put herself and her life on the line
for universal principles. You will be remembered as cowering coward who
preferred to become a dhimmi to Islam than stand up for the principles of free
speech and dissent.

ACT! FOR AMERICA – URGENT ACTION ALERT
Brandeis University’s recent actions with regard to Ms. Hirsi Ali are
shameful. They not only go against free speech protections afforded by the
First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, but they also send a clear message to
persecuted and mistreated women and girls all across the world: Your
suffering is not worth fighting for, nor is it worth discussing. This
message empowers the men that mutilate and mistreat women, and the culture that
condones it.
