Last week, Lisa Piraneo, ACT! for America’s Director of Government Relations, and I were joined on Capitol Hill by Robert “Bud” McFarlane, National Security Advisor to President Ronald Reagan and Co-founder, U.S. Energy Security Council, and Anne Korin, Co-director, Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS). Both are members of ACT! For America’s Board of Advisors. We met with legislators who have placed the security of our nation at a top priority. We relayed to them the commitment of ACT! for America's 280,000 grassroots advocates to a strong national security. We assured them that we are fully prepared to keep the heat on – as we demonstrated through our efforts in support of a special Benghazi Congressional Committee. Meeting with Staff of Rep.
