Mastermind of Kenyan University Massacre Killed

Mastermind of Kenyan University Massacre Reportedly Killed  Al-Shabab Leader Targeted by Somali Troops  Mohamed Dulyadayn, the al-Shabab military leader believed to be the mastermind of the 2015 massacre of 148 people at Kenya's Garissa University, was reportedly killed. The raid that targeted Dulyadayn and four others was carried out by Somali Special Forces with U.S. support.
