We once again bring to your attention Islamic teaching books that are sold in Canada and available on Canadian websites.
The Islamic Circle of North America (Canada) website has several books available that guide the Canadian Islamic community on correct Islamic practices and lifestyle. Dr. Iqbal Massod Al-Nadvi  serves as Amir (President) of ICNA Canada.
One such book is The Prophet of Islam – The Ideal Husband.  Following is a quote from this booklet.
QuestionWhy Islam permits an unlimited number of slave-women for marriage?
AnswerAs slaves, women face a worse lot than men. If they cannot get free by any other way, such as arranging ransom, the best solution for them is marriage. A slave-wife becomes automatically free as soon as she becomes a mother or a widow. And her children are born free. They receive the same status as the children of her fellow free co-wives. And how else are you going to honourably incorporate in your society women captured in war?

Books are also available the the Dawah booth located at Dundas Square in Toronto, giving the same guidance, not only to the Islamic community, but to the community in general.
Canadian Imams have reiterated what these books teach.
Musleh Khan, a Canadian Saudi born imam affiliated with the Islamic Institute of Toronto (IIT) who serves also as a chaplain for the Toronto Police has lectured on the subject of child marriage, namely Mohammad's marriage to Aisha. Following is a quote from this lecture, given in 2015.
However, your belief (عقيدة), your belief is, if the prophet, peace and blessing be upon him, did it, you have to believe that it was permissible. It’s permitted in our Sharia [Islamic Law] but it has its time and place. That’s what I to tell non Muslims.

Mr Khan also presented a lecture in 2014 during the Islamic Awareness Week at the University of Saskatchewan organized by the Muslim Students Association (MSA)
Following is a quote from this lecture.
A person that we love. (speaking of Mohammad) A person, if he was to walk through that door this very moment, we would go and surround him. And if we could, we would pick up his shoes and carry it for him.
And we would try to replicate everything that he does. So if he sits down, no one, we would never sit down unless we see him do it.

Other books available from Canadian bookstores, websites and Dawah booths, on the street and in our universities,  have similar teachings.
