Recently, the Florida Security Council received a death threat on the life of Rifqa Bary. I am making this threat public for two critically important reasons: 1. If Rifqa Bary is reunified with her parents ... she will die. 2. Law enforcement, the State of Ohio and all officials involved with Rifqa’s case, must take this death threat seriously and immediately initiate a comprehensive investigation or… she will die.
