Florida Family Association issued an email alert (posted below) on January 26, 2012 which reported “The New York Times published two articles and one editorial on January 24 & 25, 2012 which attacked the widely acclaimed film that the New York Police Department was using in counter terrorist training."

That email alert encouraged supporters to send emails that urged New York Times’ online advertisers to stop supporting the newspapers’ liberal bias. Thousands of supporters sent emails to The New York Times online advertisers.

• The following thirteen (13) companies discontinued advertising after receiving emails: Beachbody.com P90X Workout Review, Blanchard Gold Boullion, CIT Bank, Cleveland Clinic, Cotton & Company (Oceanreefclubliving.com), Daily Trade Alert, Durst Fetner Residential (1212fifthavenue.com), Experian (Lowermybills.com), Fandango, Laurelcondominium.com (400 East 67 LLC c/o Alexico), Malwarebytes.com, The Motley Fool (fool.com investment company) and The ROC Company - 1rectorpark.com.
• Only these three companies continued to advertise: Verizon, ING Direct and News Corp. FoxSearchLight.com The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.

The New York Times continues their bias for Islamists while at the same time showing contempt for Catholics.

The Daily Caller reported on March 14, 2012 “Executives at The New York Times have rejected a full-page anti-Islam advertisement that mimicked a controversial anti-Catholic advertisement they published on March 9. According to a Mar. 13 letter sent by the Times to the ad’s sponsor, anti-Islam activist Pamela Geller, the $39,000 anti-Islam ad was rejected because “the fallout from running this ad now could put U.S. troops and/or civilians in the [Afghan] region in danger.” Click here to read Pamela Geller's full page ad.
• “But more importantly, as (Pamela) Geller notes in the (Fox and Friends) interview, by refusing to publish the anti-Islam ad, the Times is self-enforcing sharia law, which prohibits any criticism of Islam. And, knowing that Catholics won’t issue a fatwa on the Times’s editorial board if they publish such disgraceful anti-Christian agitprop, any published criticism of Catholicism is apparently safe — and not to mention consistent with the board’s agenda.” The American Freedom Law Center reported March 20, 2012.

The New York Times is siding with CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) against the New York Police terrorist investigations and allowing ads insulting Catholics while protecting Islamists from legitimate scrutiny.

The New York Times gets its life’s blood from advertisers. Please urge advertisers to stop supporting this paper’s ultra liberal agenda with their advertising dollars.

The New York Times published the following two articles and one editorial on January 24 & 25 attacking the widely acclaimed film that the New York Police Department was using in counter terrorist training:

• In Police Training, a Dark Film on U.S. Muslims Click here for report.
• In Shift, Police Say Leader Helped With Anti-Islam Film and Now Regrets It Click here for report.
• Hateful film Click here to read editorial.

The film’s producer Raphael Shore issued the following statement according to The Sacramento Bee:

"We regret that the film has been taken out of the counterterrorism training program of the NYPD. The New York Times stories are proof positive that the Clarion Fund's high-quality and impactful documentaries touch very sensitive nerves.

"Those that have blasted the film are attempting to stifle an important debate about the internal state of the Muslim community in America, and whether politicized Islam and indoctrination pose tangible security threats.

"We hope that individuals will acknowledge the inaccuracies presented by the New York Times, and the effects that organizations like CAIR have on the fine line between political correctness and honest debate.” Click here to read full Sacbee.com report.

Pamela Geller wrote about this incredibly un-American assault by the country’s most liberal news paper in her report titled NY Times Wages Holy War On Film, Third Jihad at Atlasshrugs.com Click here to read the full report.

Roger Kaplan also wrote about this insidious attack in The American Spectator in his article titled N.Y. Times Obsesses Over Police Use of Radical Islam Documentary. Click here to read the full report.

The national security of our country is a stake and the New York Times is siding with CAIR against the New York Police. We cannot sit back and allow this liberal bastion to bully law enforcement like this.

The New York Times gets its life’s blood from advertisers. It is time to urge advertisers to stop supporting this paper’s ultra liberal agenda with their advertising dollars.
