The bomb squad this afternoon blew up two suspicious devices —a
bag of garbage and a soft-sided lunch cooler containing unspecified
electronic items — outside the Winter Park Library, suspending early voting
and irritating scores of would-be voters. People cheered as they were allowed

A TransLink attendant at the Metro-town SkyTrain Station in
Burnaby found a suspicious device roughly six hours after a makeshift bomb
was discovered on the tracks in Surrey. While Transit police said early
