Canadian Muslims by demanding an apology from the Prime Minister. Some media,
civil liberty groups and even our opposition party, the New Democratic Party,
are acting as if the NCCM represents all Canadian Muslims.
Huron College should open up its Islam course, or shut it down
Nobody has a problem with a course in public
speaking about Islam being offered at a college if it is inclusive. He also has
no problem with it being exclusive, but offered in a venue such as a mosque or
a community centre or a seminary that is not tax-funded. It’s really quite a
simple issue. Open up the course or shut it down.
He

Canada’s Multicultural Experiment A Case of
Importing Cancer
Creating a Rainbow / Multicultural state was probably one of the most
foolish acts ever performed in Canada. In South Africa, when Nelson
Mandela called his country a “Rainbow State”, he put a good face on a problem
to avoid a civil war. The same potential for civil conflict is
accumulating here. If Nelson Mandela and other prominent figures in Canadian or
world history could see the marginalization of Canada’s mainstream
population, a result of senselessly importing an oppressive,
cancerous Multicultural problem, they would definitely call for quick
euthanasia for it and numerous retroactive measures to clean up the
extraordinary injustice it has created.
The Macdonald-Laurier Institute is to be
applauded for including a rather touchy topic in its Great Canadian Debates series. In a country where multiculturalism is holy
writ and political correctness keeps many cowed, it takes audacity to ask
whether the presence of Muslims in Canada is a threat to Canadian society.
On Thursday, Feb. 27, at 7 p.m. the Institute will have two
prominent commentators, the Globe & Mail’s Doug Saunders and Salim Mansur, a political scientist at the University of
Western Ontario and a regular columnist for the Sun newspaper chain,
square off on the resolution that “Muslim immigration is no threat to Canada or
the West.”
Stop the Executions by the
Islamic Republic of Iran
The
Islamic Republic of Iran currently ranks first for per capita executions in the
world. In a time where the world is naively rejoicing in the election of a
"moderate" new Iranian president; Iran has stepped up its executions
dramatically since the elections of June 2013. It is estimated, that on
average, Iran hangs someone every seven hours, inhumanely from cranes, for some
131 capital offences which include a wide range of crimes such as murder,
adultery, drug trafficking, rape, homosexuality, apostasy and vaguely worded
offences such as "enemy of God" and "corrupters on earth".

The Rushdie Fatwa 25 Years Later
Twenty-five
years ago today, Ayatollah Khomeini brought his edict down on Salman Rushdie.
Iran's revolutionary leader objected to the author's magical-realist novel The
Satanic Verses because of its insults to the Muslim prophet Muhammad and
responded by calling for the execution of Rushdie and "all those involved
in the publication who were aware of its contents." One could argue
that the era of "creeping Shari'a" or "stealth jihad" or
"lawful Islamism" began on February 14, 1989, with the issuance of
that short edict.
Historically, wherever in
the world Islam has established a secure foothold, it has become dominant,
imposing not just the faith of Islam, but also the political, ideological and
social curses that come with it. Therefore, if we are concerned for the
well-being of our descendants it is imperative that we loosen that foothold.
The future subjugation of the British people can be avoided only if we take
firm and decisive actions now to halt the continuing expansion of Islam, and to
remove Islam from Britain and the West altogether.
Japan: The Land Without Muslims
The
Japanese do not feel the need to apologize to Muslims for the negative way in
which they relate to Islam. There are countries in the world, mainly in Europe,
that are presently undergoing significant cultural transformations as a result
of Muslim immigration. France, Germany, Belgium and Holland are interesting
examples of cases where immigration from Muslim countries, together with the
Muslims’ high fertility rate, affects every area of life.

Chesler was stopped by security at JFK because she was reading The Jewish
Press. While Chesler’s luggage was being rifled through and she was being
interrogated, she noticed another woman stride unmolested past her and the
security agents, and disappear on through to her destination.The woman who
sailed through without being stopped was dressed in a niqab. The niqab is an
Islamic head covering which covers a woman’s entire face except for the eyes.
Had the situation been reversed, had a Muslim woman been stopped and her
luggage searched simply because she was reading Islamic materials, it would be
front page news and the subject of civil rights rallies.
Al Qaeda, like the Communist Party, can rise anywhere. It rose in Iraq,
in Somalia, in Mali, in Syria and in countless other places. Like Burger King,
the franchise possibilities are endless and the brand name recognition is
universal. And unlike Burger King, you don't even need to pay for the privilege
of using the name. Set off a few bombs or kill a few foreigners and watch the
money start rolling in from the fat sheiks of the oil-swollen Gulf who have
never slit the throat of anything larger than a goat, but like having their own
terror armies.
The
rise of endemic Christian persecution in the Middle East was noted in November
when Roman Catholic Pope Francis declared "We will not resign ourselves to
imagining a Middle East without Christians" and stressed the importance of
"the universal right to lead a dignified life and freely practice one's
own faith" after meeting with patriarchs from Syria, Iran, and Iraq -- all
countries where Christian minorities are under attack.

Russian cross-country skier left hobbling when his own broke short of the
finish line. Earlier Tuesday morning, Calgary speedskater Gilmore Junio took
one for the team when he selflessly decided to step aside, allowing teammate
Denny Morrison, who didn’t qualify for the 1000m, to take his place. With a
growing pile of medals, and now two glowing examples of good sportsmanship to
admire, Canada has every right to be proud.
