This Hilarious Photo Meme Destroying Shariah Law Is Going Viral… And You Can See Why

There is something of an ongoing debate in Western society surrounding Islamic Shariah law, which really shouldn’t even be debatable, as Shariah is inconsistent with Western societal norms and incompatible with the U.S. Constitution.

Shariah is a religion-based code used by Muslim countries as the foundation of their judicial systems. It uses Islam as a guide to govern virtually every aspect of life in Muslim communities.


Perhaps the biggest issue that Westerners have with Shariah law is the complete subjugation and utter humiliation of women in Islamic society.

Women in Shariah-ruled countries are considered to be property, must cover themselves in public and can be beaten and put to death for a variety of reasons.

As horrific as Shariah law can be, it is also bafflingly absurd and ridiculous in its blatant inconsistencies, and as such, is more worthy of mockery and denigration than respect.

The following picture, while rather hilarious, is also quite sad, in that it sums up Shariah’s subjugation and mistreatment of women.

Fortunately, Shariah law has been widely rejected in America, although there are Muslim pockets in certain areas that have reportedly instituted some aspects of Shariah in their communities.
Those pockets are the very limited exception though, and more and more states are passing legislation specifically banning their courts from recognizing or using Shariah, or any other foreign code of law for that matter, in U.S. courts.

Islamic Shariah law is no good for our Western sensibilities, and while we may — and should — laugh at it from time to time, in truth it is a deadly serious situation that demands our vigilant attention.
