Victory in Joe Kaufman case

Dear Freedom Center Supporter,

Victory!

Thanks to your support, the Freedom Center was able to help journalist Joe Kaufman defend himself against a collection of wealthy American Muslim groups who wanted to silence him and were trying to use our justice system to do it.

But a federal judge in Texas threw the case out. Now Joe Kaufman can go back to what he was doing identifying American Muslim individuals and groups who have voiced support for groups like al Qaeda and Hamas.

That's good news. Great news, in fact.

However,
nearly $54,000 in legal and cont
ingency IRF fees remain unpaid.
As you know, the Freedom Center is funded solely by individual contributions.

I need your help. Will you make an
immediate contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more today to help us put this debt to rest?

The Freedom Center must get this debt paid off. While our legal team has proved time and again to be effective in defending our traditional conservative values, the Freedom Center's small budget can't compete with the tens of millions of dollars the ACLU and others have.

We must pay this off as soon as possible. Carrying a debt like this puts every project the Center has at risk. Any
generous support you can provide right now is urgently needed. Please follow this link to help us retire this debt.

There is a
very real possibility that the Muslims may appeal to the Texas Supreme Court and try to drag Joe through more turmoil and, of course, expense. Our legal team isn't letting its guard down.

And we're still very much involved in battles against the ACLU as they attack a VFW chapter and, of course, the Boy Scouts.

I cannot stress enough how critical it is that we retire this legal fee shortfall and keep all of our projects on target. Please support our efforts today with a
donation of $25 or more. I truly appreciate it.

Sincerely,

David Horowitz
President & Founder

P.S. A budget shortfall of $54,000 isn't much to a group like the ACLU, but it is huge to the Freedom Center. Please use any of the
links provided in this email to make a contribution to the Freedom Center'
s debt reduction efforts.
