ALAC (American Laws for American Courts) -- To date, 6 states have
passed this vital legislation: Arizona, Tennessee, Louisiana, Kansas,
Oklahoma and North Carolina! We’ve got another bill in the form of a
Constitutional Amendment scheduled to go to a full vote of the people of
Alabama in November of ‘14 after the legislature overwhelmingly approved
its access to the ballot.
We have identified 24 additional states where we’ve either come close to
getting ALAC passed or we believe there is a good opportunity to get ALAC
