[Re:'Arizona Teen Gets Eight Years for Terror Plot']: If he is a legal citizen, that's treason..the penalty is a bit more severe. If he is illegal, and apprehended out of some uniform, he is a spy..the penalty is a bit more extreme than an 8 year sentence.
