Australia’s last Grand Mufti justified the rape of Australian women. This one insists that Australians have nothing to fear from Muslims right after counterterrorism raids busted a plot to behead a random non-Muslim in Sydney for the Islamic State.
In the wake of yesterday’s counterterrorism raids in Sydney and Brisbane, the Grand Mufti of Australia, Ibrahim Abu Mohammad, and leaders of a number of Muslim community organisations have called for calm.
They have released a statement to “reassure all Australians that they have nothing to fear from their Muslim neighbours who want peace and security for everyone regardless of religion”.
Sure, sure. Only some sort of crazy bigot would believe that a devout man of faith like Ibrahim Abu Mohammad would have anything to do with a genocidal gang of terrorists.

Why just two years ago, the Grand Mufti paid a visit to Hamas to learn “resistance” from them.
Grand Mufti, Dr Ibrahim Abu Mohamed, presents himself as a moderate, with the unity of Muslims and non-Muslims as his priority.
But his Christmas vist to the Gaza strip, which he called “the land of jihad”, and his support for Hamas, suggest unity may not be the first thing on his mind.
Mohamed met Hamas senior leader Ismail Haniyeh, who is on record praising Osama Bin Laden as a “Muslim and Arabic warrior”
“We came here in order to learn from Gaza,” Mohamed said. “As I said in my speech, we will make the stones, trees, and people of Gaza talk, in order to learn steadfastness, sacrifice, and the defense of one’s rights from them.
“I am pleased to stand on the land of jihad to learn from its sons and I have the honour to be among the people of Gaza where the weakness always becomes strength, the few becomes many and the humiliation turns into pride,” he told local news agencies.
That reference to stones and trees seems poetic if you aren’t too familiar with Islamic Hadiths or the Hamas charter.
“The time will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews (and kill them); until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: 0 Muslim! there is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him! This will not apply to the Gharqad, which is a Jewish tree.” (cited by al-Bukhari and Muslim).
If that sounds like the Grand Mufti was at best suggesting that he was going to Gaza to learn how to terrorize Australians and at worst how to commit genocide… that would be about right.

And if you need more reassurance from the Grand Mufti, here it comes.
He also said Australian troops in Afghanistan had the potential to inflame passions in the community, adding: “It is a nature of mankind that if there is any oppression upon any nation that our emotions start to move and react.”
Peace and security for all. As long as they’re Muslims. And Jihad for everyone else.
