Evil terrorists lose HUNDREDS on recruits in bloody clashes with Syrian forces
AROUND 300 members of a terrorist group associated with Al-Qaeda have been killed following clashes with Syrian forces.
The fighting took place in Retyan, in the Aleppo province.
With help from Russia and local militias, the four-and-a-half year blockade on the two cities has finally been broken.
The twisted terror cell is said to be the Syrian branch of militant group Al-Qaeda and was formed in 2012.
Al-Nusra have fought against Islamic State – also known as Daesh – since 2013.
A member of al-Nusra, Abu Fahd al-Tunisi, tweeted a statement revealing the surrender.
He wrote: "A strong slap for America... the new group from Division 30 that entered yesterday hands over all of its weapons to Jabhat al-Nusra after being granted safe passage.
"They handed over a very large amount of ammunition and medium weaponry and a number of pick-ups."
