Children
have become a key target group for recruitment by terrorist groups who
are increasingly turning to social media to showcase their successful
efforts in indoctrinating them for jihad. In January, for example,
Wilayat Khorasan (or "Khorasan Province"), the Islamic State
(ISIS)'s branch in the Afghanistan-Pakistan region, released
a propaganda video titled, "Cubs of the Caliphate Camp," that
showed young boys undergoing training for jihad.

up a severed head; Or carrying a Kalashnikov he is well-trained to use,
schooled and prepared for the killing of infidels. We have seen them
strapped with suicide vests, eager to die for Allah. Now a new report,
"Depictions
of Children and Youth in the Islamic State's Propaganda 2015-2016,"
reveals that there are more such child militants in the Islamic State
than we'd previously realized – and it's only getting worse.

upon the IPT's research and sources, Shillman Senior Fellow Pete Hoekstra
predicts a significant increase in Islamist terror attacks in Europe over
the summer, citing how its social services and security forces could
become overwhelmed by refugees fleeing violence in the Middle East and
Africa. He anticipates a spike in jihadist antagonism throughout the
Middle East as well, with attacks similar to that which Jordan stopped
against ISIS in recent weeks.

American West Point graduate visiting Israel with a group from Vanderbilt
University, who was killed by a Palestinian terrorist during a stabbing
spree yesterday at the Jaffa port, reports Palestinian

and the Palestinian Authority celebrated yesterday's murder of Taylor
Force, an American tourist who was visiting Israel with Vanderbilt
University. Fatah's official Facebook page posted a drawing of a knife
held over the PA map of "Palestine" that includes all of Israel
and the PA areas.
