Born pedophiles. Tony Blair brought in millions of them from Arabia and Asia who have multiplied their way into millions, and which the Brits are now too cowardly to clean-up and remove from the country.

NHS stomach specialist, 35, told police officers posing as a girl, 13, to ‘trust me, I’m a doctor’ in string of messages ‘begging her for sex in a hotel room’

  • Dr Khaled Zachariah, 41, used usernames ‘TummyDoctor’ and ‘Medic69’
  • Alleged to have trawled internet chatrooms in the hope of speaking to girls
  • Duped into trying to arrange to meet young girl in Manchester by police
  • Released without charge but hospital bosses told and now facing hearing

Dr Khaled Zachariah, 41, thought he was speaking to a 13-year-old online when he allegedly told her: 'It is a turn on to teach you everything; Trust me, I'm a doctor'
An NHS stomach specialist gave himself the social media usernames ‘TummyDoctor’ and ‘Medic69’ to trawl internet chatrooms to find an underage girl to have sex with, a tribunal was told.
Dr Khaled Zachariah, 41, thought he was speaking to a 13-year-old online when he allegedly told her: ‘It is a turn on to teach you everything; Trust me, I’m a doctor.’
He was, in fact, chatting with undercover police officers, who then traced the father-of-two as he tried to arrange an illicit rendezvous at a luxury hotel, the medical tribunal heard.
In one exchange of messages, Zachariah referred to jailed teacher Jeremy Forrest who eloped to France with a 15-year old girl, saying: ‘I am three times your age lol. Society makes it illegal but nature takes its course. I won’t joke about this to anyone. I could go to jail. You seen what that teacher done with the 15 yr old and took her to France. And where is he now.’
Other posts read: ‘You are single cute and inexperienced. I would love to get you on the right path, the one that leads to my bed. Your first time is better with an expert. It would be fun smuggling you into that room.’
Zachariah, from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, was later arrested but no action was taken against him.
Instead, police reports were passed onto his bosses at Gloucester Royal Hospital, where he worked as a registrar specialising in gastroenterology.
The Medical Practioners Tribunal Service in Manchester was told the message swapping began on October 14, 2012, when two detectives from Greater Manchester Police came across the name ‘Tummy Doctor’ whilst investigating the online grooming of children.
The officers created the persona ‘SweetSam13’ and claimed to be a 13-year-old girl living in Bolton.
During the first conversation, Zachariah introduced himself by saying: ‘I usually don’t chat up underage girls. So you are 13?’
When the officers replied ‘yes’ the medic added: ‘I am a doctor, I won’t try to seduce you but if you are ready then I might. You prob still a virgin. You are a good girl. Good is neva bad, being bad is sometimes good.’ (sic)
Lawyer for the General Medical Council, Rachel Smith, said: ‘The conversation began with the doctor saying ‘hey sweetie’ asking whether she was from Bolton as he had been on a night out there and there had been “hot girls”.
‘He asked her to confirm she was 13 and told her he was 35 and a doctor. He said: “I never played with a 13-year-old” when asked what that meant, he replied “f**ked”.’
The doctor and the ‘girl’ then exchanged MSN contact details and he began communicating as ‘Medic69’ over nine separate occasions.
Miss Smith added: ‘She asked the doctor if he was ok with her being 13, he replied “if you don’t tell anyone lol x”.
‘He referred to having sex with her. When she asked if he was joking, he said he was not and could go to jail. He asked her to send him a photograph of herself and said he would drive fast to meet her.
‘He referred to wanting to be her first sexual partner – he suggested “maybe when you are 14, you are 13, too young for sex” he asked if she was ready now.’
In an exchange of messages on November 8, Zachariah said: ‘I can come to Manc, book a nice luxury hotel if we agree that we both fancy meeting up and exploring, you really wanna join your mates, don’t you wanna do it.
‘I keep coming to see you..and teaching you how to pleasure a man and slow love making all weekend. I wana see your body. We can get you sexy boots and you wear them for me. I want to sleep with you. You wanna bump school…so you are ripe, ready to be broken in..your body is more suited, trust me I am doctor. I will be gentle. I will be wearing condoms.’

Miss Smith added: ‘He asked her if she looked 13 because the hotel staff might call the police. Then he suggested she should get a train and come to meet him. He asked her if she would perform oral sex on him and suggested he would perform oral sex on her. Numbers were exchanged on November 17, this led to the second officer on that day speaking to the doctor.
‘The doctor said he would drive up to Bolton area the following Saturday and stay in a hotel and could meet with her on Saturday and Sunday. She described a quiet country pub near where she lived and said they could meet there. He asked would they not ID her in the pub. She said she would meet him in the car park and she would get the post code for the pub.
‘She said she was going to be a bit nervous but was looking forward to it and he said “I’m not going to do anything you don’t like.” He said: “I will teach you, you could be like my little student.”
‘After November 17, there were further MSN conversations on 20, 22 and 23 of November. The girl sent the doctor a post code of the pub where they agreed to meet.’
But the hearing was told the conversations later appeared to get shorter and Zachariah said he would not be able to meet up due to bad weather, adding: ‘We won’t be able to be together properly for another three years, I need to make sure we stay solid.’
When the undercover officers tried to contact the doctor again he did not respond and was arrested in June 2013.
The hearing was told Zachariah was bailed but no charges were brought and bosses at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Trust were alerted.
In a statement, Zachariah claimed he was ‘engaging in online sexual fantasies.’
Miss Smith said: ‘He made assertions he was sure she was an adult posing as a child. He had a 12-year-old son and a younger daughter. He did acknowledge there was a time when he thought she might be a 13-year-old girl. But he said the conversations were all part of a fantasy and he didn’t ever intend to meet her to have sex with her.’
Zachariah admits posting the messages but denies engaging in a series of online chats with an individual whom he believed was a 13-year-old girl.
The hearing continues.
