A major mess due to a hazardous materials scare at the Fort
Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport Friday shut down a terminal and
caused hundreds of passengers to be stranded for nearly two hours. More than
a dozen outbound flights were delayed and several inbound flights were also

Three NATO Summit protesters have been arrested and charged with
possession of an explosive device and conspiracy to commit terrorism, police
said. They were charged early this morning as dozens of dignitaries from
around the globe are heading to Chicago for the NATO Summit. The men have a
