Just recently however, NSA’s director, Gen. Keith Alexander, admitted to a Senate committee that the number of foiled plots was actually only one – or perhaps two. (Washington Times Weekly Edition, 10/7/2013, p. 9). Meanwhile, in the past three years we know of at least two potential terror plots foiled thanks to the “eyes and ears” of ACT! for America’s national citizen network.
