Ahlul Bayt News Agency - A mother-of-four who was stopped by police from allegedly joining her fake Jihadi husband in Syria has left court this morning with only her astonishingly-long eyelashes poking out of her burkha following a brief court hearing.

Fatima Elomar was detained at Sydney Airport in May 2014 on suspicion that she was planning to join her husband Mohamed who is understood to be fighting for Isis in al-Raqqa, Syria.

Mrs Elomar appeared briefly this morning  in Sydney's Downing Centre Court, where she uncovered her face before magistrate David Williams.

The 30-year-old mother-of-four waived her right to a committal hearing and will enter a plea to possibly face trial next month on terrorism charges.

She has been charged with supporting incursions into a foreign state with the intention of engaging in hostile activities.

Her lawyer Muhammed Tehseldar told Mr Williams that his client will enter a plea on May 15 during the next hearing.

Before leaving the court complex and facing the photographers outside, Mrs Elomar replaced her full-face covering, only leaving her eyelashes on show.

She was arrested trying to board an international flight in May last year to allegedly join her husband in Syria. Prosecutors claim she was carrying cash and camouflage clothing.

Joint counter terrorism detectives arrested and charged Mrs Elomar with preparing for incursions into a foreign state with the intention of engaging in hostile activities.

Mrs Elomar has maintained since her arrest that she was travelling to Malaysia on holiday with her with her two young sons, daughter and baby.

Last year, her husband Mohamed Elomar became one of the terror group's 'poster' Western terrorists, posing in the besieged Syrian town of al Raqqa with a pair of severed heads and posting the photos on social media.

Through her lawyer, Mrs Elomar has claimed she is a ‘devoted mother’ of her four children and described the charges against her as ‘serious and over-zealous’.

In a statement released following her arrest last year, Mrs Elomar claimed her children had suffered enough from not being able to visit Malaysia for the holiday, and by being questioned by detectives.
