“Syrian refugee” who marched with Trudeau in Pride parade is HIV-positive — so why did Immigration approve him?

Justin Trudeau attended the Toronto gay Pride parade yesterday, and he marched next to a gay Syrian refugee. Photo op achieved, headline achieved.

The migrant, Bassel Mcleash, was indeed born in Syria. But he hasn’t lived there in four years. He’s been living and working in Egypt.
I also see in the CBC story that Mcleash is HIV-positive. As in, the precursor to AIDS.
The Canadian AIDS Society estimates that the lifetime cost of treating someone with AIDS is $1.3 million dollars.
Immigration Canada’s Medical Refusals and Inadmissibility guidelines are clear: If you’re going to be a massive drain on the Canadian taxpayer, that is grounds to be barred from immigration.
A few weeks ago, a professor at York University was told that he couldn’t become a permanent resident of Canada because his Down Syndrome son would cost the country too much.
Come on, man. You’re a professor — try to be smart. You’ve got to do what this “Syrian” did on his Facebook page:
Putting up pro-Liberal, anti-Donald Trump propaganda that shows you’re going to be a useful propaganda tool for Justin Trudeau and his house organ, the CBC.
