The inconvenient truths just keep right on coming.
Al Gore became very wealthy by monetizing his environmental activism. And the proceeds of that environmental activism have enabled him to live in exactly the way that he decries.
The inconvenient truth is that environmentalists are hypocrites. That they want others living in misery while they have heated pools. They want you to go hungry while they gorge. They want you to be miserable while they live it up... and still sancitomoniously lecture you on your environmental sins.
In just this past year, Gore burned through enough energy to power the typical American household for more than 21 years, according to a new report by the National Center for Public Policy Research...Of course the great joke is that Gore amassed a fortune selling Global Warming alarmism. And this enables him to spend more money heating his pool than his American victims would spend heating their homes. Much as in the Soviet Union and in every leftist system, ideological privilege means ignoring the rules that are meant for everyone else.
Over the last 12 months, Gore used more electricity just heating his outdoor swimming pool than six typical homes use in a year.
Gore even told the “TODAY Show” that his home uses 100 percent renewable energy, but that is an outright lie.An environmentalist lying? Next thing you'll tell me that Leonardo's jet planes aren't powered by good thoughts?
