Massconsciouness Group = Lightworkers Resource 11:11's

For Light Workers,,

This is a handy file, that our original mass consciousness group, posts monthly. This group's founder Sam, disappeared and the group now runs on auto-pilot.

I started the new current group, trying to contact as many of the original members as possible.

So now we carry on Sam's work,, hoping one day,, he shows up again. It's been a few years now, but,, the new group will exist forever.

If anyone who was a member of the original group, sees this,, please know we DO exist,.

WE all are doing the 11:11's, and just rocking and rolling along

Here is the suggested meditation method I mentioned in my invitation to you.

You might want to try this when you focus on global harmony and peace at those 11:11 am and pm times I mentioned (11:11 your localtime).

Prepare in this way:

Quiet your mind, let go of all fears and concerns, and do not focus on any specific problems or troubles or worries.

Deliberately put aside all of the ideas that you have about situations that you think that you --should-- be meditating about.

You need to empty yourself of all expectations, worry, fear, anger and negativity before you do anything else.

This is --very-- important.
Please do not skip this step.

We have found that inserting your own concerns into these kinds of mass consciousness meditations makes them much less effective and may even manifest or strengthen some of the things that you are concerned about.

Let go.

Trust in love and peace.
Clear yourself of fear, worry,anxiety, and concern.
Next, fill yourself with positivity.

You can do this in a variety of ways---pick the method that works best for you or that you currently use with success.

For some people, that might mean that you pray or follow a ritual of your personal religious belief. For others, it might mean filling yourself with light.

You might see or feel light welling up from deep within yourself, or you might experience it flowing into you from outside or above you.

Others might hear a pure tone that begins to resonate through your body and touches your innermost being.

Or, other sounds might come to you that you associate with peace and harmony. You might feel a tingling sensation, or feel a vibration passing through you. As I said, it will be different for each person, but allow the sensation of peace, love and positivity to become a part of you and banish all fear, worry, anger and negativity before you do anything else.

Again, this step is --very-- important.

Allow yourself to be filled with what you wish for the world. The peace, love and positivity that is within you and all of us participating together will resonate from us to where it is needed. If you have been attuned to an energy healing method such as reiki, jorei, karuna, chios, quantum touch, etc, then you will probably feel a spontaneous activation of that energy either while you are being filled or shortly after.

If you do feel healing energy begin, allow the energy to flow through your own body, knowing that you are being healed and strengthened as you begin your work. After you have filled yourself with peace, or perhaps while you are doing it, you will begin to feel a strong sense of connection too thers who are of similar purpose and will.

Some of those will be other members of this group. Some will not be group members, but simply souls in resonance with love, harmony and peace.

Allow the feeling of connection to build.

(For some of you, this will be a --very-- strong sense of connection,and you may even feel less connected to your individual body and almost as if you were in more than one place at the same time. Do not let that feeling upset you, and do not fear it. You are still connected to yourself, and nothing will happen to you that is beyond your present capacity to experience and benefit from.

This connectiveness is part of the actions that I and a few others helping me with this project are doing to facilitate the group.

It is to assist us in working effectively together, and to ensure that nothing that we do can bring harm to anyone or anything in any way.)

At some point after you have centered yourself, banished fear, and filled yourself with positivity, peace and love, you will sense yourself start to focus outward to the world. Please allow yourself to follow this impulse and do not try to direct or control it.

For this method to work best, it is better if you do not try to focus on specific concerns or worries. Put aside the temptation to try to heal what your mind tells you is wrong with the world, or what specific situations you believe need your attention.

Put aside knowledge for a while and allow an inner wisdom to direct you instead. Allow your higher self to lead you and push gently aside any specific thoughts, worries, ideas or fears that intrude on the feelings of peace, love and positivity that you are filled with.

At this point in your meditation, if any specific images come into your mind---either positive images or negative images---pay no attention to them and continue to focus non-specifically on peace, love and harmony.

See or feel the world as a whole, and let your peace, love and positivity flow outward to embrace the world unconditionally without direction or specific thought on your part.

If you are a visual person, you might see the world glowing with a beautiful, soft light that strengthens as you watch. Or, you might hear sounds of laughter or of voices singing. Or, you might feel warmth, joy and peace.

For everyone, it will be different.Accept what comes to you and do not try to direct or force things to happen.

Put aside your preconceptions and your knowledge of conditions and dangers in the world. Let the love and peace within you flow to the world on its own terms, trusting that what will happen is for the best of all.

After a time, you will begin to draw back into yourself and sense a strengthening of the feelings of positivity, love and peace that you began with.

Some of you may experience some spontaneous healing on a physical, emotional or spiritual level as well if you are open to such and if it would be of benefit for you.

The resonance between those of us who are part of this project will probably be sensed by many of you as well.

Some of you may at this point, after the peace meditation is done, see an image or have an impression about something that is a special concern of your own. There is always a reason such a vision is given,if one is, and you might want to consider what it means for you.

Finish in a way that works and makes sense for you.That might be with a prayer, or by cleansing yourself through a ritual action or through the light, in some other way, or no way at all.

Do what feels right for you. My thanks, again, for volunteering to be a part of this project. You will see that we will have results with even as small a group as we have at the moment working on this.
