AL ASAD AIRBASE, Iraq – Provisional Security Forces from Rashad and the Lahib Iraqi Police discovered two weapons caches and one improvised explosive device in the Karmah region during separate cache sweeps partnered with 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, March 13.
Engineer Partnership a Resounding Success
BAGHDAD — The 14th Engineer Battalion, 555th Engineer Brigade began a partnership with the 10th Iraqi Army (IA) Field Engineer Regiment (FER) in southern Iraq only a few short months ago. Since the partnership began, great strides have been made in assisting the IA in becoming a self-sustaining force.

JERUSALEM – The recognition of Israel is not on the table at talks aimed at creating a unity government between Hamas and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah organization, according to participants taking part in the discussions.
