According to Tepco, the atmospheric dose picked up on the 5th floor of reactor4 building from 8/9 to 8/19/2013.
The increasing rate was 1.2 ~ 1.6 times.
On 8/12 and 8/19/2013, the dust monitoring alarm went off and workers were found contaminated in front of the seismic isolation building.
In the beginning, Tepco assumed it was due to the mist water but now they are starting to assume it was from the top of the reactor3.
Because they detected the increase of ambient dose in reactor4 from 8/9 to 8/19/2013, they suspect the radioactive dust from reactor3 increased the ambient dose in reactor4 as well.
In the area where is the closest to reactor3, the atmospheric dose of reactor4 jumped up from 0.5~0.6 mSv/h to 0.8~0.9 mSv/h.
