Something new on the American scene. Something that only President Baraq Obama could fantasize. Using Muslim terror supporters to fight terror in the U.S. It sounds like a contradiction of terms. Yet, the promotion of Mohamed Elibiary to senior member of the Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council, has proven that fact can be stranger than fiction.

Elibiary, a close friend of Shukri Abu Baker, former president of the Holy Land Foundation, an organization which sent huge sums of money to the Hamas terror organization to finance terror activities, has recently tweeted “It is inevitable that [the] Caliphate returns.” Make no mistake, Elibiary is indeed referring to the Caliphate which enforces Sharia law through punishments such as stonings, beheadings and cutting off body limbs. Seemingly indifferent to the horrors imposed by ISIS by non-Sunni Muslims he said on Twitter “Kind of comical watching pundits on some US TV channels freak out about an #ISIS #Caliphate. Easy folks, take deep breath & relax. #Iraq”. Lately, Elibiary has been accused of downloading classified Heartland Security documents and leaking them to the media in an effort to label Texas governor Rick Perry as an Islamophobe. The DHS did not investigate and Elibiary was promoted to senior advisor at the department.

If Elibiary finds reactions to ISIS on TV channels comical, it is far more absurd that he serves on the Homeland Security Council. With so much humor surrounding radical Islamic terror, it remains a question who will have the last laugh.
