Man Arrested for Allegedly Targeting President, Others With HIV-Infected Posted: 27 Feb 2009 09:59 AM PST A man from President Obama’s hometown of Chicago has been containing HIV-infected blood, in the hopes of killing or harming It’s only the second time ever that HIV-infected blood has been spokesman for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service said.
