Robert Spencer: “ When the time is right, they will strike”

Robert Spencer, director of Jihad Watch and author of fourteen
acclaimed books, including two New York Times bestsellers – The Truth
About Muhammad and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the
Crusades) – offered a fascinating glimpse into the world of Islamic
jihad and the failed immigration policies by the U.S. administration at
the Zionist Centre in Toronto on December 18 during a presentation
sponsored by the Jewish Defense League of Canada.
Spencer, who has led seminars on Islam and jihad for the United States Central Command, United States Army Command and General Staff College, the U.S. Army’s Asymmetric Warfare Group, the FBI, the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the U.S. intelligence community, recently published The Complete Infidel’s Guide to ISIS, which Andrew C. McCarthy – contributing editor of National Review and New York Times bestselling author of “The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America” – called “scholarly, thorough, fearless, and insistent in making sure we know the Islamic State.”
Before Spencer delved deep into the subject of jihad, ISIS and the recent tsunami of migration to Europe from Syria and other Middle Eastern countries, he recounted his ordeal at Pearson Airport during which he was delayed by the Canada Border Services Agency for 3 hours while the border official searched his luggage. The official went through every page of the Koran Spencer was carrying with him and asked him if he ever spoke in Europe. When Spencer told him that, indeed, Germany was one of many European countries where he spoke over the years, the surprised official inadvertently blurted out: “Strange, I heard they have very strict hate speech laws over there”. At that point Spencer realized that he was delayed because the border official was looking for evidence of “hate speech, but instead he only found the Koran” Spencer said to rapturous laughter from the audience.
Spencer finds the idea of “hate speech” in the context of discussing the problems inherent in Islamic doctrine used by jihadists to justify hatred and terrorism absurd and dangerous.
“We live in an age that George Orwell would think is crazy”, Spencer told the audience, referring to Prime Minister Trudeau greeting Syrian refugees at the airport which is being celebrated by the mainstream media as a great achievement. “I don’t want to rain on the parade, but there are some problems. In February 2015, ISIS said they are going to send half a million refugees to Europe. In September, when the refugee influx began in earnest, ISIS said they sent 4,000 jihadists into Europe, and more are coming. At the same time, the Lebanese education minister estimated that there are 20,000 active Islamic jihadists embedded among Syrian refugees in Lebanon.”
Spencer notes that about fifty percent of refugees flooding Europe are Moroccan, Algerian and Pakistani migrants and not refugees from war-torn Syria. There is also a flourishing black market for forged Syrian passports that migrants use in order to get into to Europe. Spencer raised an interesting point. Why would someone from Morocco use a fake Syrian passport to get to Europe? The answer, according to Spencer, lies in the Koran itself, or more particularly in the “hijrah” – immigration in the cause of Allah, as commanded by the Koran.
He then raised the following facts:
The topic of security screening followed the discussion about refugees. Spencer said that it is absurd to reassure the public that refugees will be properly vetted because there are no records in Syria against which border officials can compare the incoming refugees.
And while Obama – and by extension the U.S. official government – denies any possible link between Islam and terrorism, the recently published ISIS manual which outlines in detail how it plans to destroy Canada, the U.S. and Western Europe by means of immigration is chilling.
Spencer concluded the speech on a semi-positive note by saying that “every time jihadists win, they lose, and as things get worse, they will get better because as the consequences of the disastrous immigration policy begin to bear bitter fruit, people will begin to wake up.”

He then raised the following facts:
- ISIS boasted that they are sending jihadists to Europe.
- The Lebanese minister warned of ISIS recruitment in the refugee camps.
- Several jihadists who committed the massacre in Paris were “refugees” who came to Europe via Greece.
- Over 70% of migrants are young, able-bodied Muslim men between the ages of 18 and 40.
