‘Refugee’ Involved in Brutal Gang Rape of Swedish Woman Set Free
A
north African migrant who participated in the brutal gang rape of a
Swedish woman in Stockholm earlier this year has been set free because
he has no identification documents to prove he is over the age of 15.
The
incident took place back in September on the island of Södermalm. After
first pretending to console the young woman, who was crying, the gang
then took her to a viewpoint overlooking the city before one of them,
“gripped her neck, ripped her clothes off and raped her,” reports The Local.
Other
boys then arrived and proceeded to take turns raping and beating the
woman before she managed to escape and board a night bus at 3am. Two of
the boys, who were all aged 15 to 18, were sentenced to six months in
juvenile detention while another received nine months.
However,
one of the culprits got off completely scot free on appeal because he
didn’t have any identification documents to prove that he was over the
age of 15 when the incident took place.
Three
of the migrant’s accomplices were convicted after a medical examination
concluded that they had lied about being under the age of 15 and were
in reality over 18, but the same method couldn’t determine whether the
migrant himself was a minor or not.
The rapist was acquitted
despite the fact that he personally “declared (himself) to be over 15
in connection with an asylum investigation,” according to prosecutor
Clea Sang Born Noting.
The 23-year-old rape victim is reportedly “sick” at the lenient sentences handed out to the culprits.
All
of the migrants involved in the gang rape were living in a tent city in
Stockholm and possibly arrived during the recent wave of “refugees”
crossing into Europe.
Every single
week we cover reports of migrants sexually assaulting women in European
cities. By swinging the doors wide open to mass uncontrolled
immigration, politicians are importing the kind of rape culture that
resulted in Sweden becoming the rape capital of the west many years
before the current influx.
As the Gatestone Institute highlights,
German citizens have responded by arming themselves with whatever guns
they can get their hands on, as well as pepper spray, supplies of which
have been exhausted well into next year.
