Muslim who claimed child rape was “sexual emergency” has conviction OVERTURNED

Rebel readers may remember when, in April of this year, a Muslim migrant to Austria raped a boy in a public pool and confessed to it in court claiming it was a "sexual emergency."
Today, the court has overturned his conviction.
From the Express.UK:
In a police interview, Amir A. confessed to the crime; telling
officers the incident had been "a sexual emergency", as his wife had
remained in Iraq and he "had not had sex in four months".
A court found Amir guilty of serious sexual assault and rape of a minor, and sentenced him to six years in jail.
However, in a bizarre twist, the Supreme Court today overturned the
conviction, accepting the defence lawyer's claim that the original court
had not done enough to ascertain whether or not the rapist realised the
child was saying no.
Interestingly, under the sharia, or Islamic law, raping a child who
does not have pubic hair is considered perfectly fine in many locations,
most notably Afghanistan.
Here are two excerpts from Vice News about the rape of boys in
Afghanistan. Police often keep boys as sex slaves, sometimes shooting
them to death in the back if they try and run away.
The US Army once court-martialed a soldier who tried to stop a child rape in Afghanistan.
