Trudeau Cozies Up to ISIS-Funding Qatar

This week Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with Qatari State Minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Bin Saud Al-Thani, CEO of the Qatar Investment Authority.

When I tried to gain access to event, Trudeau's staffers told me I was not allowed in as the PM was not prepared to take questions — and who can blame him?

Considering how much money Qatar has poured into designated terrorist groups across the Middle East, it becomes clear that any journalist with two braincells to rub together ought to be pressing our Prime Minister for answers about what his intentions are with relation to the shady Gulf state.

As it stands, Qatar is rivalled only by the Saudis when it comes to state sponsorship of Islamic terrorism. Qatar pours millions into terror groups like ISIS, Al Qaeda, the Al Nusra Front, Hamas, and even houses a diplomatic office for the Taliban in Doha, all of which are designated terrorist groups across North America.

The Qataris were the chief backers of the Libyan “rebels” and have poured arms into Syria as they continue to harbour scores of terrorists including Osama bin Laden's radical son.

Home to the largest population of millionaires, Qatar is one of the richest countries in the world, sitting on top of the planet's third largest deposit of natural gas.

However, Qatar flaunts that money at the state level and uses it as hush money to stop upright nations from calling out their track record on state sponsored terrorism.

Why is Canada cuddling to this sinister bed-fellow?

And why won't our Prime Minister take any questions on the subject?

Canadians have a right to know if the same accounts that fund international Islamic terrorism are investing into our country.
